These Terms of Service govern your use of Nocturne Fleet's luxury chauffeur services and website (nocturnefleet.com). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit, and confirmation from our concierge team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup locations, destinations, flight details, and contact information. Nocturne Fleet is not liable for delays or service failures resulting from incorrect information provided at booking.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Quoted rates include your professional chauffeur and standard complimentary amenities. The following are not included in base rates unless specified:
- Gratuity — 20% suggested, may be added at booking
- Parking, tolls, and out-of-area surcharges
- Add-on services (champagne, floral decoration, red carpet)
- Additional hours beyond the booked duration ($120/hr)
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize Nocturne Fleet to charge the quoted amount for your booking.
Out-of-area surcharge of $50 applies to all trips with a pickup or drop-off beyond 30 miles from Boston city centre. This will be communicated clearly at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund, no cancellation fee
- 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
- No-show: Full charge applies
Wedding and full-day bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Cancellation of a wedding booking within 7 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
If Nocturne Fleet needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle emergency, severe weather, or similar), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date at no additional charge.
Flight Delays & Airport Transfers
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust pickup timing automatically at no additional charge — you will never pay a waiting fee for an airline delay.
If your flight is cancelled and you notify us with reasonable advance notice (minimum 3 hours before the original pickup time), we will reschedule your transfer at no charge or provide a full refund. Last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellation are handled at our discretion.
Conduct & Vehicle Use
To maintain our service standard for all clients, the following policies apply during all journeys:
- No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle at any time
- No food or beverages other than those provided by Nocturne Fleet
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their booking
- Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is behaving dangerously or abusively
- All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times
Any damage to the vehicle caused by a client (including staining, breakage, or soiling) will result in a cleaning or repair charge billed to the card on file. Minimum damage charge: $250.
Liability
Nocturne Fleet carries full commercial auto insurance as required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our liability is limited to the direct costs of the booked service. We are not liable for indirect losses including missed flights, meetings, or events due to traffic conditions, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend all clients allow adequate travel time, particularly for airport transfers. We are not responsible for flight delays, missed connections, or other travel disruptions.
Discretion & Confidentiality
Nocturne Fleet operates with complete discretion. Information about your travel, destinations, and companions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party except as required by law. Our chauffeurs operate under the same standard of confidentiality.
Corporate Accounts
Corporate account terms are governed by a separate agreement between Nocturne Fleet and the account holder. Contact our concierge to discuss corporate account arrangements, monthly packages, and billing terms.
Modifications to Service
Nocturne Fleet reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
